wedding decorations - wedding planning 101

You want to have the traditions of a bridal shower, such as gift giving and mingling, but you want to jazz it up a little and add a new twist. Buying a classic bridal shower gift is sometimes difficult as the bridal shower gift is typically less expensive and extravagant than the gift you will give as a wedding gift.

If you have friends and family members who are willing to help out, you can delegate many of these tasks to reduce the stress of the final week before your wedding. While sometimes it is easy to simply go along with the template offered by the catering hall, it just doesn't give the couple much creativity in planning their wedding. Although the groom may have already seen the pictures in the album at one point or anther, arranging them in a new way gives the illusion that they are new because it lets the groom view the pictures in a new way.

The couple that eats out every night of the week may not enjoy cooking and would therefore not appreciate a basket full for recipes and kitchen utensils, however, the couple with season tickets to a particular sport may enjoy a basket filled with DVDs from a championship series as well as memorabilia from their favorite sports team. You could even include a recipe card with one of your own personally tested recipes. A video presentation is another unique way to make the best man's toast.

Sometimes the couple decides that their happiness together is more important than having the church recognize the union so they opt for a non-denominational wedding that is completely devoid of any religious traditions. Careful considerations should be made to ensure that neither culture is offended by the festivities and that they are both prominently displayed and celebrated.
